1. General Admission
1.1. Entry to The Wailers: Live on Guam concert is subject to these terms and conditions. By
purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, you agree to abide by all rules and regulations set
forth by the organizers. 1.2. The Event is open to all ages. 1.3. The organizers reserve the right
to refuse admission or eject any person behaving inappropriately or violating any Event policies.
1.4. The organizers and venue staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at their
discretion for any reason that does not violate applicable laws.
2. Tickets and Refund Policy
2.1. All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted unless the
Event is canceled by the organizers. 2.2. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
2.3. In the case of Event cancellation or postponement, ticket holders will be notified via official
channels, and refund/exchange policies will be communicated accordingly.
3. Event Conduct and Safety

food and beverages (except for medical reasons) – Large umbrellas, tents, or structures that
may obstruct views – Professional audio/video recording equipment without prior authorization –
Drones, lasers, or any disruptive devices 4.2. Any prohibited items will be confiscated upon
entry.
5. Photography and Media Consent
5.1. By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for
promotional purposes without compensation. 5.2. Personal recording is permitted for
non-commercial use only. Unauthorized commercial photography or videography is prohibited.
6. Liability Waiver

theft that may occur at the Event. 6.2. Attendees assume full responsibility for their personal
belongings and well-being. 6.3. The organizers reserve the right to alter the Event lineup,
